Summer Opening 2011 --- INFORMATIONS TEL +390415246742  Summer Opening of the University Residences run by the ESU di Venezia: the accommodation service will last starting from June 28 th up to September 13th.
Every summer the ESU di Venezia gives hospitality in its University Residences to students and researchers who wish a stay in Venice at very low prices.
The University Residences are very close to the most renowned places of the city as San Marco square, the Biennale, the Lido beach.
The University Residences services include: 24 hours-a-day reception, bed linen and towels, room cleaning at the end of the stay, feeding and drinking slot machines.
To the guests, the ESU di Venezia offers as well the restaurant service at its own University canteens: full or reduced meals, pizzeria, bar service in comfortable environments at very cheap prices.
BOOKING TERMS: through the link booking online is possible to verify the rooms available in the selected University Residence and proceed with the reservation.
PAYMENT TERMS: only online payments are accepted, the client’s credit card, a payment of 10% of the amount for the whole stay, will be made at the moment of the reservation that will be charged on the client’s credit card; the remaining 90% must be paid off at the time of the arrival. In case of cancellation – the client has to follow the specific procedure of the booking condition – a 10% will be held as non refundable deposit.
BOOKING CONDITIONS: cancellations must be carried out up to 24 hours before the day of arrival, otherwise 1 night price will be charged on credit card for reservations of 1-4 days, 2 night price for reservations of 5-8 days and so on. In case of no show the same penal clause will be applied.
